Morning (AM)

1. 1 Cleanse — Gentle cleanser; avoid over‑stripping.
2. 2 Treat — Vitamin C or antioxidant serum.
3. 3 Moisturize — Light, non‑comedogenic lotion.
4. 4 Protect — Broad‑spectrum SPF 30+ (every day).

Evening (PM)

1. 1 Remove — Makeup remover or oil cleanse if needed.
2. 2 Cleanse — Mild cleanser.
3. 3 Treat — Retinoid or exfoliant (2–3×/week).
4. 4 Hydrate — Nourishing moisturizer; add occlusive if dry.

Weekly Add‑Ons

• Exfoliation: 1–2×/week (chemical preferred; patch test).
• Mask: calming or hydrating based on skin’s mood.
• Spot care: benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid as needed.

Dry

• Use creamy cleanser; avoid foaming sulfates.
• Layer humectant + emollient (hyaluronic + ceramides).
• Seal with a light occlusive at night.

Oily / Acne‑Prone

• Gentle, low‑pH cleanser.
• Niacinamide (2–5%) to regulate sebum.
• SPF in gel or fluid textures.

Sensitive

• Fragrance‑free basics; patch test everything.
• Avoid harsh scrubs; prefer PHA/lactobionic acids.
• Look for soothing ingredients (centella, oat).
